For a one piece Vinyl Slide Clamp Cover, the sheets are placed into the cover and the clamp is slipped over the seam to hold the report into place.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Black or white slide clamp included

• Include an allowance for 1/2" index tab extension

• 11-1/8" x 8-7/16" closed size

• Standard 2" x 4" window centered left to right, 3" from top can be added.
